What We Faced
Clinics were losing up to a third of appointments to no-shows because patients had no easy way to reschedule. Staff spent 2 hours daily on manual reminder calls. The existing booking system had no mobile interface.
How We Solved It
We built a React Native patient app with push-notification reminders, one-tap rescheduling, and WebRTC video calls for follow-ups. The doctor portal gave staff a single queue for in-person and remote slots.
Results Achieved
No-show rate fell from 34% to 11% within 8 weeks of launch. Reception staff now spend roughly 40 minutes instead of 2 hours on daily reminders. The platform passed an external HIPAA audit on the first submission.
