What We Faced
Brokers kept deal notes in personal email folders. When a colleague was on leave, no one could pick up their negotiations. Managers had no reliable view of pipeline health until end-of-month spreadsheet updates.
How We Solved It
We built a CRM with a Kanban pipeline, shared property notes, automated follow-up reminders via SendGrid, and a simple analytics screen showing stalled deals. The tool was intentionally narrow — brokers use it in 10 minutes a day, no training required.
